I didn't receive my login and password. What can I do?

These things happen...
👉 The easiest solution is to reset your password, using this link.

If you still don't receive anything, several options are possible:
The invitation / reset email has been filed in your spam folder. If you can access it, you may be able to find it ;)
The invitation / reset email has been blocked by your organisation's firewall. Contact your account administrator (usually your manager or training manager). We can then work with him/her to unlock the situation. You are probably not the only one affected.
The invitation / reset email has not been sent There may be several explanations... Contact us via chat, by phone (+33 9 72 14 95 85) or by email (support@watura.fr) so that we can clarify the situation.
