# I didn't receive my login and password. What can I do?

These things happen... 
👉 The easiest solution is to reset your password, using [this link](https://app.watura.fr/auth/users/password/new). 

If you still don't receive anything, several options are possible: 
* **The invitation / reset email has been filed in your spam folder**. If you can access it, you may be able to find it ;) 
* **The invitation / reset email has been blocked by your organisation's firewall**. Contact your account administrator (usually your manager or training manager). We can then work with him/her to unlock the situation. You are probably not the only one affected. 
* **The invitation / reset email has not been sent ** There may be several explanations... Contact us via chat, by phone (+33 9 72 14 95 85) or by email ([support@watura.fr](mailto:support@watura.fr)) so that we can clarify the situation.
