How to add users as an Administrator?

If you have an Administrator account, you can create user accounts on the platform independently from the Manage > Users page.
This will enable you to send an email invitation to your colleagues so that they can access their training courses.

To be able to invite new users to the platform, you must have licenses available.
Deactivating a user's account does not allow you to transfer his/her license. To transfer a license, you must permanently delete a user. His or her license will then be "re-credited" to you. ⚠️ In this case, the user's data will be irretrievably deleted. Don't forget to download their completion certificates first 😉
