# How to add users as an Administrator?


If you have an **Administrator** account, you can create user accounts on the platform independently from the **Manage > Users** page.
This will enable you to send an email invitation to your colleagues so that they can access their training courses.

|| To be able to invite new users to the platform, you must have licenses available. 
||| Deactivating a user's account does not allow you to transfer his/her license. To transfer a license, you must permanently delete a user. His or her license will then be "re-credited" to you. ⚠️ In this case, the user's data will be irretrievably deleted. Don't forget to download their completion certificates first 😉
